This Shabbat, National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is hosting over 200 events across the country for #ReproShabbat! Local synagogues, NCJW sections, Hillels, JCCs, Federations, and more will be hosting panels, discussions, giving d’var Torahs (sermons), and inviting local reproductive justice activists to participate–all to affirm that abortion access is a Jewish value.
A few weeks ago, I talked with Dr. Jessica Grossman, the CEO of Medicines360, an incredible nonprofit organization working to close systemic gaps in women’s healthcare. We talked barriers to health, COVID-19, and how we can all protect our sexual and reproductive health. Give our full conversation a read below.
