My latest for Rewire News Group is live! I speak to Carly Manes and Emulsify, author and illustrator of a new children’s picture book, “What’s An Abortion Anyway?”
In my latest article for The Progressive, I outline why the abortion bans being proposed in Florida are disastrous.
It’s the best time of the year! All across the country, local abortion funds are launching their annual–and biggest–fundraisers. This year, I’m so excited to help the Tampa Bay Abortion Fund reach their goal of $12,000.
I’m honored to have my story of buying abortion medication featured in the special edition of Rewire News Group on the future of abortion access. I’m above the fold!!
The landscape of abortion rights shifts daily and the ability to receive abortion care is in jeopardy with threats coming from all sides. For The Progressive, I outlined the threats to reproductive rights from the national level. It’s a snapshot of all of the Federal policies and positions that will affect abortion access in the coming days, weeks, and months. Hopefully, this makes it easier to see how you can take action as well.
My latest article for Ms. Magazine is live and I am so proud of it. I’d wager it’s one of my favorites I’ve ever written so far and definitely the kind of writing I want to keep doing in the future.
Recently, I had the pleasure of chatting with Garnet Henderson, host of Access: A Podcast About Abortion about a frightening trend of anti-abortion clinic protesters showing up in droves to harass patients, staff, and volunteers outside of abortion clinics
Part way through the day, I got a lovely message from a Jewish nurse-midwife who runs an independent abortion clinic and is looking for resources for her staff about Judaism and abortion to better serve her patients. She plans on doing the same for more faiths in the future!
My latest column is up! Give it a read, highlight what you find compelling, clap, and subscribe for updates!
I’m excited to launch the Repro Roundup, a column on my Medium blog. I summarize abortion news happening around the country, why it matters, and what you can do about it — in 250 words or less.
